What you'll do

Join our Gardener team and play a crucial role in our cloud-native projects!

As a Working Student (f/m/d) for Unit Operations and Team Assistance, you’ll streamline processes and support our team, allowing our developers to focus on coding and innovation. Your contributions will ensure smooth operations and foster a culture of productivity and excellence, making a meaningful impact in the tech world.

In this role, you will support the team in the following areas: 

• Organizational and administrative tasks including e.g.:
  • Organizing team events, meetings or workshops, equipment orders and travel arrangements for teams and managers, team reporting and preparation of presentations and e-mails
• Driving process optimization in the team e.g. optimizing hiring process and operations in our team 
• Beyond your main task you are also invited to explore and support other activities of our team and/or drive new ideas in our team

What you bring

• Currently enrolled as a student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
• Computer skills: MS Office skills are required
• Language skills: Fluent in English and German
• Reliable, positive, open-minded and collaborative personality with strong team working skills

Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
