ABOUT THE TEAM


Digital Finance Transformation is a multi-year transformational program in the Board Areas Global Finance & Administration in order to foster globalization, standardization, automation and innovation. It is a global program with all finance units actively involved.
A central element of this program is the SSA project which focuses on simplification, standardization and automation of the finance processes.
In this project, internal process management works hand in hand with the experts from the different finance units and the finance leadership team.

 

THE ROLE


As working student in the SSA-project you will be supporting the PMO and the project management:

  • Organize and orchestrate meetings and workshops
  • Create and update presentations and documents (mainly PowerPoint)
  • Help to identify and create success stories
  • Support communication and change management activities
  • Work with a solutioning tool to track the workflow and keep the project organized 
  • Take over and support additional tasks where needed
     

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

 

  • Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
  • Preferred fields of study: VWL/BWL, Communication
  • Computer skills: MS Office suite
  • Language skills: fluent in English and German
  • Additional skills: Team player, expert in organizing, creative, reliable, execution driven, good communicator, high level of social skills, eager to learn new skills
     

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
