What you'll do
The Partner Solution Success Programs Working student will deliver timely ad-hoc data analysis, creating management and operational visualizations using PowerBI.
Responsibilities include collecting and analyzing relevant metrics, and preparing data for presentations.
This role requires interaction with regional and global teams, along with strong analytic and presentation skills.
What you bring
- Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
- Preferred fields of study: Information Technology, Business/Economics
- Computer skills: Advanced in MS Office suite, and especially PowerBI, knowledge in SAP Analytics Cloud is a plus
- Language skills: Very fluent in English
- Soft skills: Good interpersonal and communication skills, capacity to work proactively and autonomously
- Others: Basic knowledge of SAP partner business

The Partner Solution Success (PSS) team is part of the Partner Success Center of Expertise within Partner Ecosystem Success (PES), supporting SAP’s global partner ecosystem through high-value coaching and premium hands-on advisory services. PSS is dedicated to driving partner adoption, business development, and solution expertise, ensuring that SAP’s partners are equipped to succeed with SAP’s innovation agenda and partner-first go-to-market strategy.
PSS provides deep domain expertise across the SAP Cloud Business Suite, including Cloud ERP, BTP, Business AI, Business Data Cloud (BDC), Business Transformation Management (BTM), and HXM. Through targeted coaching and adoption programs, the team accelerates partner readiness, enhances solution proficiency, and empowers partners to drive customer success at scale.
Additionally, PSS plays a critical role in co-innovation, helping partners develop, validate, and certify high-value solutions that expand SAP’s ecosystem. This includes delivering Qualified Partner-Packaged Solutions (QPPS), Validated Partner Use Cases (VPUC), and Software Certifications, ensuring that SAP partners bring differentiated and scalable offerings to market. By aligning with SAP’s innovation roadmap, PSS helps partners maximize business impact and long-term success.
Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
