What you'll do

 

  • Support our overall and content strategy in the People & Culture Communications, including internal and external-facing content
  • Support a communication governance framework and collaboration model for our work with other teams
  • Support strategic preparation and execution of written and visual content, and related activities
  • Engage and collaborate closely with stakeholders across SAP 
  • Create and develop social media content, presentations, SharePoint pages, concepts and new innovative formats

 

What you bring

 

  • Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
  • Preferred fields of study: Communication, Marketing, Business, or any other studies – individual interest and skills are more important than field of study
  • Computer skills: Office365, especially PowerPoint, plus virtual collaboration boards e.g. Mural
  • Language skills: Our team works in German and English.  
  • Soft skills: Organized, creative, self-motivated and hands-on, quality-focused and collaborative in a virtual team set-up, with strong storytelling skills 
  • Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize work effectively and efficiently
  • Others: Interest in communication, story development or strategy approaches e.g. OKR and workshop preparation

 

Meet your team


The People & Culture Communications Team are a friendly, hard-working group of communications professionals based primarily out of Europe and the USA. We focus on delivering People & Culture content and messaging to primarily internal SAP audiences. At SAP, these topics are some of the most personal and important to our audiences, like diversity and inclusion, performance and pay, and learning and development. We provide communications support and consultancy to our stakeholders, help conceptualize campaigns and more. We also  support our SAP Chief People & Culture Officer through executive communication support.

 

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
