What you'll do
- Learn from, collaborate and support our industry experts to gain knowledge in employee listening, survey design, and people analytics.
- Contribute to SAP's global employee engagement program by analyzing employee feedback and translating insights into actionable strategies to enhance engagement and to support transformation.
- Facilitate enablement sessions or prepare enablement materials and support creation of effective and targeted communication assets for different stakeholders (from C-Levels to all employees).
- Gain hands-on experience in implementing EX requests using Qualtrics, including survey setup, dashboard design, and Text iQ/Sentiment Analysis.
- Assist with employee support within our global #Unfiltered program, gaining firsthand experience in a leading feedback culture initiative.
- Assist in consulting stakeholders on Employee Experience requests, including survey content and design.
- Immerse yourself in a Scrum setup, where you'll thrive in an open and agile team culture, taking on responsibilities that support our personal and professional growth.
What you bring
- Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
- Preferred fields of study: Social and psychological sciences, Business Administration, Economics or comparable with an HR background
- Computer skills: Experienced in MS Office (especially PowerPoint, and Sharepoint, Excel is a plus)
- Language skills: fluent in English, both written and spoken, German as a plus
- Soft skills: Collaborative and team-oriented, with strong interpersonal communication and time management skills. Demonstrates creativity and resourcefulness with a self-starter attitude and a proactive mindset. Ultimately, we seek someone who is passionate about people and data and is dedicated to learning and growth.

Meet your team
Join an agile team of P&C consultants and experts within the Organizational Growth & Health organization, primarily operating out of our headquarters in Walldorf. We focus on continuous listening and leveraging people analytics to foster sustainable people decisions and create positive impact for SAP, the People & Culture board area, and our employees. We work closely with P&C specialists and program leads to ensure an effective and scalable execution of our global initiatives.

Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
