What you'll build
You will be a pivotal part of our team that handles complex and sensitive employee matters. You will work closely with our experts, supporting them in ensuring fair and professional solutions.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Analysis: You will support us in analyzing data to continuously improve our work and processes.
- Team Support: You will take on organizational tasks and help keep the team running smoothly.
- Research & Documentation: You will help prepare cases and gather information.
- Communication: You will support the creation of easy-to-understand materials (e.g., guides or presentations) so that everyone in the company knows where to find help.
What you'll learn with us:
You will gain unique insight into how to handle difficult HR situations professionally and with empathy. You will learn a lot about HR processes and legal aspects. Absolute confidentiality is paramount in this role.
What you bring
Ideal candidates must have the following experience and/or skills:
- Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
- Excellent communication skills in English and German language
- Well-organized, reliable, and detail-oriented working style
- Proactivity, Adaptability, willingness to learn and contribute to a dynamic team environment
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Interest in HR reporting and data analysis
- Eagerness to learn about labor law and legal aspects of HR
- Affinity for AI-driven tools and a curiosity about integrating artificial intelligence into HR processes.

People Relations provides expert advice to business leaders, employees & other HR departments on complex individual scenarios.
Our main purpose:
- Ensure consistent and fair people relations management handling workplace issues, concerns with performance, skills & competency, behavior, health and other individual cases
- One team that is experienced and enabled to manage individual cases in a holistic and professional manner
- Effectively manage sensitive topics with empathy, such as Employee Relations, Health Cases and Workplace Issues
- Enable leaders and employees to make use of SAP‘s support landscape
Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
