What you'll do

 

  • Support with daily operational tasks like EIC Ticketing support ( e.g. answering questions from managers and employees about Performance Management related processes e.g. via Email or internal ticket system)
  • Actively participate in improving Talent Processes Portfolio items (e.g. feedback culture) by contributing to enablement & communication design and execution (e.g. update docs, create presentations, update the SharePoint)
  • Preparation and Facilitation of enablement sessions
  • You will support collecting, managing, and analyzing data relevant for our HR Talent Processes that touch all employees and managers at SAP

  • Help to put together data for different HR stakeholder groups, including managers and employees that is understandable and impactful to support the success our global processes

  • Support with general project management tasks (e.g. create project plan, support with monitoring progress of deliverables)
  • Help to put together enablement and communication content which is impactful and engaging
  • Work on strategic projects that drive business results.
  • Understanding of what it takes to run global learning experiences in an organization of over 100,000 employees covering a wide range of cultural diversity.
  • Work in an international environment with English as the first language
  • Gain knowledge of HR and multiple tools and technology
  • Build a strong network across SAP
  • Working hours: 15-20h/ week 
  • Hybrid working schedule - you should be able to support us 1-2 times / week in our office at Walldorf 

 

What you bring

 

  • Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
  • Preferred fields of study: HR, Education, Psychology, Business Studies, Economics, Marketing, Communication or similar
  • Computer skills: Profound knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
  • Fluency in English and German
  • Ideally knowledge of instructional design methodologies and best practices, work experience in HR would be an advantage but not crucial
  • Eager to experience working as part of a remote and international team
  • Good self-organization skills since you will be treated as fully integrated team member with own responsibilities 
  • Strong communication skills and experience in supporting projects
  • Drive and focus on results and execution, proactive character, team spirit and flexibility

You will be part of the Culture & Workforce Development organization, a global team responsible for delivering impactful talent programs, learning and development for all 100k+ employees at SAP. Our organization is committed to supporting employee development and connecting the skills, aspirations, and performance of SAP's workforce with current and future business needs.    

 

Our team connects people and strategy insights so individuals can optimally grow while contributing together to SAPs' success. To do this, we develop and manage global processes such as goal setting, performance management and leadership roundtable meetings on talent development. These core processes shape the experience of all employees and managers at SAP – for example through our performance management dialogue, called SAP Talk. This is the purposeful, regular dialogue between employees and managers that supports employees to develop while contributing to organizational priorities. It puts the employee in the driver's seat of their own contribution and development while the manager is responsible for providing guidance and support to foster the employee's growth and success. It is a high priority to continue to drive a positive and valuable experience of SAP Talk across the company. 

 

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
