Working Student (f/m/d): Project & Team Communications for Strategic Projects, Office of the CTO

What you'll do


As a working student (f/m/d) for Project & Team Communications in the Strategic Projects Team, you will support the team in communicating and presenting their projects and showcases.
In this context, your tasks will include:  

  • create/update an overview of the achievements and projects of our team  
  • revise and maintain the team’s internal website  
  • creative conception, development and production of media and communications assets for specific projects such as info and marketing material, newsletters, blog posts as well as teaser videos to present our showcases/demos to customers and partners   
  • support the Head of Strategic Projects with communications assets such as mails, LinkedIn posts, interviews, presentations,...  
  • support project managers in the team in creation and coordination of project related comms assets
  • coordinate communication assets with other communication teams 


What you bring

 

  • Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences, preferred field(s) of study: Media Science, Communications, Marketing or related field  
  • First experiences in creating corporate media and communications assets  
  • Very good skills in MS PowerPoint
  • Very good communications, editorial and writing skills (photo/video/text)  
  • An eye for visual arrangements, creative mindset and drive to execute new ideas  
  • Eager to learn about new technologies and to familiarize with customer profiles  
  • Flexible, able to adapt to changing environments and to prioritize tasks  
  • Fluent English and German language skills - both written and verbal  

We are looking for a reliable, positive, open-minded and collaborative personality with strong team working skills, who is determined to reach goals in time, can work independently and prioritize. 

Work Experience: 
We are preferably looking for a working student with prior work experience as a student worker in a similar field or within your studies. We look forward to your application! 

 

Meet your team


At Strategic Projects, as part of the Office of the CTO, we are driving forward T&I’s development excellence by developing cutting-edge solutions, especially for strategic CTO topics, and implementing novel and strategic-relevant solutions. In addition, we prepare and support major SAP CTO keynotes, provide expertise and develop proof-of-concepts for strategic technology topics. Our team consists of about 50 colleagues who are students, young professionals, and experienced professionals in the areas of software development, design, project management and team/management assistance. We work in teams that are mainly located in Potsdam/Berlin and Walldorf and collaborate closely with other SAP teams to realize our mission.

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
