ABOUT THE TEAM

 

CPIT Customer & Partner is a dynamic, innovative organization uniting business, process, technology, and delivery expertise to drive customer and partner excellence end-to-end and delivering high-quality services. We are seeking a versatile and motivated PMO Associate who will support back-office operations, manage small projects, consolidate data, and provide graphic design support, while maintaining fluency in both German and English.


THE ROLE

 

Job Description:
The PMO Associate will play a key role in supporting the project management office and various stakeholders. This position involves managing small projects, consolidating data, preparing professional presentations, and creating visual materials for internal and external use. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both German and English, have strong organizational skills, and possess graphic design abilities to create impactful visual assets. Additionally, the role requires working from our Walldorf office approximately one day per week.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Small Projects: Assist in the management and coordination of small-scale projects, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are achieved.
  • Backoffice Operations: Provide operational and administrative support to the PMO, including maintaining project documentation and tracking key metrics.
  • Data Consolidation: Gather, analyze, and consolidate data from various sources to support reporting and decision-making.
  • Graphic Design: Create visually appealing PowerPoint presentations, infographics, and visual reports that effectively communicate project progress, insights, and strategies.
  • Presentation Preparation: Design and deliver professional presentations for management and stakeholder meetings.
  • Ad-hoc Requests: Handle various ad-hoc tasks and requests, such as research, reporting, and special projects.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure that all presentations, graphics, and documents align with company branding guidelines.
  • Walldorf Office Presence: Work from our Walldorf office needed, with an average of one day per week required.

 

ROLE REQUIREMENTS
 

Qualifications:

  • Student in Business Administration, Project Management, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in project coordination, back-office support, or graphic design.
  • SAP experienced
  • Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken) is required.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
  • Strong visual design skills, including the ability to create infographics, charts, and polished presentations.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in both German and English.

 

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, or Trello).
  • Basic understanding of PMO frameworks and processes.
  • Experience designing reports, dashboards, or visual data presentations.
  • Familiarity with video editing software (optional but a plus).

 

This is an SAP global, strategic, paid working student position that provides students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers.
