Meet your team
Downtime or limited availability of an enterprise system during an upgrade is a significant stress and cost factor for SAP customers. SAP strives to bring disruption during system maintenance to an absolute minimal level. Our cross-topic analytics team collects and processes information about the runtime of various maintenance tools (like the Software Upgrade Manager) to gain a deep understanding about the levels of disruption happening during system maintenance. We provide analytical reports, data services and applications, so development teams can continuously understand the usage and improve the characteristics of their products. SAP customers use our apps to learn how to upgrade their systems in a way that causes minimal system downtime.
