We help the world run better

At SAP, we keep it simple: you bring your best to us, and we'll bring out the best in you. We're builders touching over 20 industries and 80% of global commerce, and we need your unique talents to help shape what's next. The work is challenging – but it matters. You'll find a place where you can be yourself, prioritize your wellbeing, and truly belong. What's in it for you? Constant learning, skill growth, great benefits, and a team that wants you to grow and succeed.

What you'll build

  • Demand Management & Prioritization: Collect training and coaching requests from various global regions. You will own the quarterly prioritization process, ensuring our resources are aligned with the most critical business needs
  • Training Coordination & Delivery: Collaborate with expert trainers and coaches to select, prepare, and deliver high-impact learning experiences. You will support trainers and coaches in the fine-tuning of session materials and content
  • Calendar & Invite Management: Build and maintain the go-to-market training calendars. You will manage group-specific invitations, ensuring the right audiences are reached at the right time
  • Logistics & Facilitation: Support the logistical "backbone" of our programs. This includes identifying and booking physical facilities for in-person sessions and managing the digital infrastructure for virtual workshops
  • Content Accessibility: Ensure all training materials are organized, updated, and easily accessible to our learner audience via our internal platforms
  • Process Automation: Identify opportunities to work smarter. You will develop and implement automation workflows to streamline how we provision and manage training sessions
  • Analytics & Feedback: Partner with the Revenue Enablement team to analyze post-training data and learner feedback. You will help translate these insights into actionable improvements for future training designs

What you bring

  • Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program (preferably in Business Administration, HR, Communications, Information Systems, or a related field)
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with MS Office 365 (especially Excel , PowerPoint and SharePoint). Experience with or interest in automation tools (e.g., Power Automate) is a significant plus
  • Organizational Talent: You enjoy managing multiple moving parts and have a keen eye for detail and deadlines
  • Communicator: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. You are comfortable interacting with stakeholders across different regions and seniority levels
  • Analytical Mindset: You like looking at data to see what’s working and what isn’t
  • Proactive Learner: You don’t just wait for instructions; you look for ways to improve existing processes
