What you’ll do

As a working student in the central quality management team, you will support various activities to ensure smooth operation and continuous improvement of quality processes. Your role will involve assisting with reporting, preparing presentations, performing ad hoc tasks, and ensuring the preservation of critical knowledge within the team. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting the team with daily operational tasks while ensuring that valuable knowledge is preserved and shared within the organization.

You’ll be a part of a dynamic, creative, global team working on a variety of different tasks. As part of the team, you’ll be a part of all our day-to-day activities and can learn your way into the work that we do and that relates to your studies and academic goals.

You’ll be expected to contribute to our ongoing work in a way that benefits your team as well as further develops your understanding of software quality within SAP, our portfolio, and how SAP delivers and works with different organizations and stakeholder and learn about the development processes.  

What you bring

• Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences in computer science, business informatics or similar field of studies
• Experience in programming languages (e.g. Java, Python)
• Experience with MS office products (e.g. PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
• Self-driven, eager to learn, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team 
• Hands-on learner who isn’t shy about communicating and asking questions 
• Willing to network and to gather necessary information from different sources ranging from the engineering teams to marketing or other departments 
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work toward different deadlines 
• Results-oriented problem-solver 
• Familiar with general aspects of software quality
• Can join us in Walldorf and time to time remotely
• Language skills: Fluent in English, German as a plus

Meet your team

Product Services is a cross-team including Quality, Content, and User Assistance across the entire Cloud ERP organization. Within this organization, the quality management team centralizes the processes and reporting for assuring high quality software for our customers.

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
