What you'll do

As an integrated member of the SAP AppHaus Network team the main part of your job will be to:

• Support the onboarding of new partners  
• Collaborate with our communications team in creating customer success stories and other assets delivered by partners 
• Draft social media posts and track generated media noise
• Support creation of regular newsletters (internal and external)
• Support global partner meetings and actively present in front of a global audience (online / offline) 
• Act as one point of contact for partners as part of the team: help in case of questions / inform about changes / maintain a good relationship  
• Support impact measurement and reporting for the AppHaus Network partner program
• Conduct and analyze statistical surveys
• Drive and support administrational tasks

What you bring

• You are a student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
• Preferred field(s) of study: Social Sciences, Market Research, Design, Communications Services, Marketing or business administration 
• Computer skills: Office, MS Teams 
• Language skills: Excellent English and good German skills also in writing 
• Soft skills: Passion for data & admin work, Team-Player, like to work in a global team, curious and open-minded, motivated, reliable, excellent communications and good presentation skills, loves to support or create well- designed assets, self-confident
• Other: Motivated person who can work independently, enjoys working with people and feels free to express her/his opinion

The SAP AppHaus team has set up SAP’s first customer-facing creative space (AppHaus) in Heidelberg, Germany, with a focus on establishing a creative working environment for customers and SAP teams to work and innovate together.  We established a network of 3 SAP AppHaus locations (Heidelberg, Berlin, Palo Alto,) and as of today 23 SAP Partner-run AppHaus locations around the globe.

Our goal is to get innovation into the hands of people by delivering design and design thinking services and through fostering a culture of innovation at customers and SAP.

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships).
