What you'll do

 

The student (f/m/d) will work closely with the Regional Vice President for Business Technology Platform (BTP) Middle-and-Eastern Europe Customer Management to run and operate strategic Programs and operate regular tasks:

 

  • Support Demand Generation for additional Adoption and Consumption
  • Help segment our customer base for optimal targeting
  • Operate regular Cadence such as Forecasting

With your efforts, we want to better handle our constantly growing customer base to provide a meaningful path to more Adoption and Consumption.

 

What you bring

 

  • Master Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
  • Preferred fields of study: Business Informatics, Information Technology
  • Computer skills: Microsoft Office, esp. Excel, SAP Analytics Cloud or similar Analytics Tooling experience, Programming Skills as a plus
  • Language skills: Fluent in German and English, other Central & Eastern European languages as a plus
  • Soft skills: Open minded, good communication skills, team player, creative
  • Daily presence in our offices in Walldorf or Frankfurt is required

Our MEE Customer Success Management team for Business Technology Platform (BTP) works with our customers post sales to help drive adoption, consumption, and expansion.
Our Engagement Journey follows the “Future Ready Enterprise” Engagement Model and typically starts right after the Sales Deal closure. Based on the expected customer growth potential, we´re determining whether to engage in a High-Touch or Digital Mode, starting a continuous Engagement Process with the customer. Our Consumption Demand Generation Programs help our engagement practices to deliver the best possible value to our clients and help us grow Business with our clients most effectively. 
Our Team has been equipped with SAP Business-Technology-Platform Experts from various areas, e.g. Sales, Pre-Sales, Development and Consulting. The importance of the recurring business keeps growing and our mission has been expanded over time to become a truly business critical function.

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
