PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
SAP S/4HANA is SAP’s flagship product and lies at the core of our vision of an Intelligent Enterprise, which brings together machine and human intelligence across all business functions to deliver value to our customers. The Solution Portfolio and GTM Execution for SAP S/4HANA addresses the whole bandwidth of core processes required by companies across all industries closely collaborating with the Product and Solutions teams for SAP’s other offerings. The team is responsible for the SAP S/4HANA portfolio strategy and adoption, this includes everything from the enablement of internal and partner resources, to asset creation (e.g. presentations, system demos and videos), presentations at external events, support for strategic customer and partner engagements as well as the roll-in of market feedback. The team’s mission is to drive rapid innovation adoption in our installed base, the acceleration of SAP’s net new name program, and to engage with our installed base of over 40,000 ERP customers, informing them about innovations and guiding them on their strategic journey.
We are looking for a highly motivated student to join the team in May 2021.

 

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
As part of the SAP S/4HANA Solution Portfolio and GTM Execution team, the student would support the planning and creation of rollout materials for SAP S/4HANA with a focus on SAP S/4HANA system demonstrations. He/she would work closely with the experts on the team to:
Plan, prepare and record SAP S/4HANA system demonstrations
Support the creation of rollout materials for customers and partners
Maintain content for SAP on internal and external platforms
Support execution of social media Strategy (internal & external)

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
You are a currently enrolled student at a university or a university of applied sciences:
(Master) Student of a University or University of Applied Science
Preferred field(s) of study: Computer Science, Business Administration, Economics or a related course of study.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook is a must. Knowledge of video editing tools is useful. 
Experience in working with SAP ERP systems like SAP S/4HANA (mandatory), first experience with customizing (beneficial)
Fluency in spoken and written English (mandatory), strong skills in spoken and written German (beneficial)
Good interpersonal skills (i.e. comfortable with reaching out to new colleagues)
Ability to interact with diverse project teams / stakeholders
Good self-organization skills; some project work experience is useful
