What you'll do

We are looking for a committed and passionate working student to support the SAP University Alliances Operations Team with the following tasks: 

  • Support in measuring and evaluating Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and supporting metrics – especially, data collection, processing and reporting
  • Support running, adapting and evolving SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer (C4C) and SAP Analytics Cloud systems (e.g. managing database, troubleshooting) 
  • Support creation of dashboards with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
  • Support event planning process and impact monitoring of events
  • Create internal guides and work on process improvements in the area of contact data management and organizational performance management
  • Ad-hoc reporting and creation of presentations/summaries to University Alliances leadership team and key stakeholders

What you bring


  • Student (f/m) at a university or university of applied sciences
  • Strong knowledge of MS-Office suite – especially, advanced skills in MS Excel
  • Proactive and self-dependent working style, goal-orientation, self-driven and motivated
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to details
  • Interest in software and technology – first familiarity of/willingnes to learn using SAP products (C4C, SAC) fast and work independently with them after a short time
  • Quick understanding and adaptability of new tools/systems
  • Fluent in German and English (spoken & written)

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
