What you'll do


We are looking for a motivated working student to support the team in several administrative and operational topics. 
 

Main tasks include:

  • Support the creation of documentation, enablement materials, roll-out communication, and training materials, including maintenance of internal and external Team-SharePoint pages
  • Support the overall orchestration of topics and projects, e.g. creation of PowerPoint slides, preparation of meetings, meeting minutes, tracking of and following up on action items
  • Support collection of business requirements and preparation of user stories and mockups to be handed over to development teams
  • Testing and validation of developments (e.g. transactional tools like CRM, or analytical tools like SAP Analytics Cloud Dashboards and related data sources)
  • Support the team in all other business and operations related topics

What you bring

 

  • Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
  • Preferred fields of study: Communications, Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, Science, or Information Technology
  • Computer skills:  Profound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, first experience or knowledge with SAP, IT systems (CRM, ERP) and/or Business Analytics / Business Intelligence is a plus
  • Language skills: fluent in English, German as a plus
  • Soft skills: Self-driven, highly motivated, team player with open and flexible personality, reliable in delivering results with high quality

The Global Renewal Process Office (GRPO) as part of IE Customer Interaction Solutions, is focusing on delivering the ONE Renewal Framework at SAP by continuously enhancing, simplifying, and harmonizing Processes, Infrastructure, Digital Renewal Customer Experience and the Analytical Portfolio for On Premise and Cloud renewals.

 

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
