What you'll do

  • You will work in an international environment as link between HR and Sales for our SAP Academy for Customer Success
  • Your work is split between various special projects e.g., support in the Academy participants recruiting and onboarding activities, organization of Academy participants and graduates training activities as well as the development of different concepts for the SAP Academy for Customer Success. Therefore, you will closely collaborate with SAP Customer Success leaders in Middle & Eastern Europe as well as with global program managers
  • With a high degree of self-organization, you will help us at data maintenance in internal systems and Excel files – tracking changes during and after program
  • You will collect and analysis performance data, create and maintain dashboards as well as Power Point decks

Working remotely from Germany is possible.
What you bring

  • You are enrolled as a Student (f/m/d), preferably in the field of Business Administration or similar
  • You bring a high attention to detail, great communication und analytical skills, an organized working style and you are able to work pro-actively on a fast-paced 
  • In addition, you have relevant knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel
  • With your fluent  German and English you are able to communicate with a variety of international stakeholders
  • Besides, discretion in order to deal with personal data is an absolute must

Meet your team
The SAP Academy for Customer Success (formerly the SAP Academy for Sales & Presales) was founded in Q4 2013 with a mission to bring in high potential early talent and train and develop them to be the next generation sales force at SAP.

The Customer Success Workforce Transformation & Readiness (CSWTR) organization has now been established to build upon the strong foundation of the 9 month Academy program and continue to support the development journey of these associates in the field.  The core focus of this team will be to increase sales productivity and business impact by creating an optimal field experience for our associates to accelerate their development in sales, both during and after the Academy program, up through year 3 of their tenure with SAP. The team is responsible for all field related activities from demand planning and recruiting through year 3 with SAP. They will partner closely with the Academy faculty to ensure close integration of classroom learning with experiential learning during the Market Unit field rotations.


Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please describe as well your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs/ programming languages.
