ABOUT THE TEAM


The mission of the Customer Influence & Interaction team is to focus on the global customer touch points ensuring end-to-end customer life cycle, containing direct & indirect customer touch points or interaction, and impacting Customer Experience.
 

Project “Fusion” is a board sponsored project that aims to harmonize , standardize and optimize the customer request management (innovation- as well as feature and functional requests) for and across the complete SAP solution and product suite. The impact will be a more transparent way of handling the voice of the customer and supporting Product Management in managing a customer driven product roadmap

 

THE ROLE


We are looking for a customer and service oriented working student to support Project “Fusion” within the Process and Use Cases Workstream...
 

As part of the Project “Fusion”  team you will directly support our project and work with different Product Management units as well as  Customer Facing colleagues  (Pre-Sales/Sales and Post Sales)

  • Support in preparing and conducting virtual process design workshops leveraging the Design Thinking methodology 
  • Process Modelling in Signavio to document results of process design
  • Tracking and coordination of follow up activities related to process clarification and documentation

 

You will have the opportunity to create and document the process design in Signavio and work with the process lead to create the new golden standard processes for customer request management at SAP.


ROLE REQUIREMENTS

 

  • Student (f/m) at a university or a university of applied sciences
  • Preferred fields of study: Business, Process Modelling, or related field
  • Digital native
  • Familiar with Signavio Process Modelling
  • Strong service orientation
  • Ability to deliver excellent quality work under time constraints and in complex environments
  • Intercultural experience and sensitivity
  • Fluent English and German required
  • Willing to work in an international setup
  • Proactive and self-dependent working style
  • Soft Skills: Open-minded personality and a solution based approach to problem solving, enthusiasm, team orientation, creativity and flexibility

 

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
