What you'll do

As a Working Student (f/m/d) in the Strategic Portfolio Management team, you will help create and manage content that showcases the strength of SAP’s portfolio across various industries. You will support the development of high-quality demo, learning, and enablement materials that are clear, consistent, and compelling, helping key stakeholders and audiences better understand SAP’s solutions.

Your work will directly impact how SAP’s solutions are communicated, ensuring that the right experience is delivered to the right audience at the right time. You’ll assist in organizing strategic portfolio information, collaborating closely with global teams, and contributing to content creation processes. By doing so, you’ll help drive internal and external success, ensuring our solutions are presented in an engaging and impactful way.

This role provides an opportunity to gain valuable exposure to portfolio management, content development, and cross-functional collaboration. Your contributions will help SAP deliver a consistent and standardized experience, making complex concepts easier to understand and supporting our goal of improving business outcomes for customers. Through this position, you will have the chance to grow in a dynamic environment while helping communicate the value of SAP’s innovative portfolio.

What you bring

• Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
• Preferred fields of study: Computer Science, Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring content consistency and accuracy across materials
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); familiarity with SAP solutions is a plus
• Enthusiasm for learning about SAP’s portfolio and technology trends, with the ability to distill complex concepts into clear, engaging content
• Language skills: Fluent in English and German

Meet your team

The Strategic Portfolio Management team is part of the global Solution & Innovation Experience (SIX) Organization and ensures a consistent, scalable, and standardized content build across all our Solution & Innovation Experience touchpoints, tightly integrated with our portfolio teams and key stakeholders delivering high quality demo, learning and enablement content for key priorities and themes. All with the goal to ensure the availability of the right experience at the right time for the right audience to show the strength of SAP’s portfolio in various industries in a compelling and understandable way.

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
