Working Student (f/m/d) - Support Training Manager

What you'll do

 

Support Training Manager with the LMS (Learning Management System):

 

  • Administer user accounts, roles, permissions and group structures to ensure correct access and account characteristics
  • Upload, tag and organize learning content (courses, videos, assessments) with consistent metadata and folder structure
  • Configure and assemble learning programs, placing quizzes and surveys in the correct sequence and setting prerequisites
  • Assign learning paths and enrollments to users/groups and manage access changes and exceptions
  • Monitor learner progress and assessment performance; generate and deliver regular progress and completion reports
  • Support quality assurance by editing/checking video and course functionality, validating quizzes/surveys, and collecting/analyzing survey and quiz results


What you bring

 

  • Student trainee (m/f/d) at a university or university of applied sciences, preferably in the fields of business administration, management, business informatics, or comparable fields
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Fluent German and English (written and spoken)
  • You work independently and in a structured manner
  • You are highly motivated and enjoy working in a dynamic environment
  • You can grasp complex content quickly and have the ability to present concepts visually and analytically
  • You have excellent communication skills and enjoy working in a team
  • You can work 15-20 hours per week
  • You live near Walldorf/St. Leon-Rot

As a reliable partner, we will meet the special security requirements of our customers and contribute to the digital transformation of public administration. We will be successively expanding our organization in the coming months to take on this exciting task.

 

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
