We are looking for a working student (f/m/d) for the BPI One Process Acceleration Layer unit in Walldorf.

Joining the team of experts in the BPI OPAL Incubation Unit, the role covers the following scope: As a working student (f/m/d) for the BPI One Process Acceleration Layer, you will support our newly formed unit OPAL and cross-projects. This includes ownership of the Backoffice processes, supporting portfolio initiatives and GTM initiatives. 

Role requirements

• Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences 
• Preferred fields of study: Management Studies MBA, Business Informatics, Bachelor’s in computer science.
• Computer skills: Very good MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel), preferably first experience with ERP solutions, Graphic and Video editing experience and/or experience in web development (e.g. JavaScript) is a plus
• Language skills: Fluent English mandatory, fluent German beneficial 
• Soft skills: Good communication, networking and problem-solving skills, high self-motivation and willingness to learn new things

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
