What you'll do

 

  • Presentation Slide Creation
    • Design compelling PowerPoint slides that effectively communicate complex ideas and data, ensuring consistency with SAP Brand guidelines.

 

  • Product Documentation 
    • Assist in creating, updating, and maintaining comprehensive product documentation that is clear and concise.  

 

  • Market Research
    • Conduct competitive analysis to understand market trends, identify opportunities, and benchmark against competitors. 
    • Gather and summarize the latest R&D studies.
    • Browse and analyze online community platforms (SAP internal and external) for user feedback, providing actionable insights to improve our product. 

 

  • Feature & User Testing  
    • Assist in coordinating and facilitating user testing sessions to gather qualitative data on new features.
    • Assist in feature testing to ensure product quality and functionality, documenting any issues and feedback.


What you bring

 

  • Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
  • Preferred fields of study: Psychology, information architecture, interaction design, product management, design, communication
  • Computer skills: Figma, Powerpoint, User research
  • Language skills: Fluent in English, German as a plus
  • Soft skills: Team player, storytelling, presentation skills
  • Location: Ability to join our team in the office in Walldorf'

 

Meet your team


You’ll be joining a team of product managers, product designers and user researchers who are focused on creating a first-class learning experience at learning.sap.com – meeting user and business outcomes through human-centered design practices. We work in a fast paced environment and have a global team (spanning Germany, Barcelona, UK and India) and you’ll collaborate with stakeholders from engineering, content production, marketing and research and insights teams as part of your daily role. 


Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
