What you'll do
Together with us, you will unlock the potential of our corporate data for our employees and support them in making better business decisions. Our data democratization strategy encompasses all areas of the company, from finance to HR, sales & marketing, and other departments. Together, we will implement a data catalog and a marketplace for data products. In addition, we will define processes, standards, and governance policies, and drive change management for various roles in the Data & Analytics sector.
Your Tasks:
- Assist in creating innovative learning and roll-out materials
- Develop materials in various formats to improve the data literacy of our target groups
- Utilize state-of-the-art AI-supported tools in the field of content creation and video editing

What you bring
- Student (m/f/d) at a university or university of applied sciences
- Preferred field of study: Business Studies, Communication Studies, Computer Science
- Computer Skills: MS Office, Camtasia or other video editing tools, initial knowledge in generative AI
- Languages: Fluent English (written and spoken), German is a plus
- Soft Skills: creative, self-organized, reliable, team player
- Other: High willingness to learn and perform, passion, as well as a background in analytics or marketing are beneficial. You must be present at the headquarters in Walldorf at least one day per week. Therefore living in the Walldorf area is beneficial.

We are a dynamically growing team responsible for the data catalog at SAP. Our vision is to enable all SAP employees to access the data they need to make informed business decisions. The concept of the data product is at the heart of our actions, driving our strategy of data democratization within SAP. With us, you will learn about innovative approaches such as Data Mesh and others.
Our team is organized according to Scrum principles and employs agile working methods. This offers newcomers the opportunity to quickly gain insights into our diverse tasks, learn rapidly, and become productive. Our team consists of a balanced mix of young and experienced employees who are equally engaged and motivated.
Besides work, we also make sure to have fun – be it during a round of table soccer or a relaxed bike ride to the canteen.
Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
