What you'll do

At SAP, you can already explore an exciting work environment today. After an initial on-the-job training, you will support several content strategy projects and can prove your project management skills. 
Your main tasks: 

  • Project manage and support the evaluation of digital presences at SAP
  • Conduct content audits and deduct recommendations for improvement
  •  Create guidelines to support a consistent and effective content production
  • Analyze and develop content taxonomies
  • Help improve end-to-end content processes and create content strategy templates

What you bring


  • Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
  • Preferred fields of study:  Business Administration, Marketing or related field of study
  • Computer skills:  Strong Outlook, Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint skills. Skills in MS Teams und SharePoint are beneficial.
  • Language skills: fluent in English (verbal and written), German as a plus
  • Soft skills:  Ability to work in a multinational and multi-cultural team spread across multiple time zones, excellent organizational skills, structural way of working, self-motivated, team player, flexible, quick learner   
  • Others:  We look for a student who will be available for at least 12 months. A basic understanding of Marketing and SAPs product portfolio is beneficial


Meet your team

The role of the Global Demand Center is to develop end-to-end marketing programs that deliver demand to the business. The Global Demand Center teams collaborate with the CMSO (Marketing & Solutions) teams to identify demand objectives, the Field Marketing teams to validate the demand routes and tactics, and business management teams to determine financial resources to create programs that deliver on the business’s demand needs.

Within the Global Demand Center, as part of Content & Project Services, Studio SAP is in charge of the content operating model and oversees all content-related processes. Studio SAP is accountable for managing, governing, and overseeing execution of content production including consulting, content strategy, enablement and training, supplier and capacity management, quality assurance, localization, and digital asset management. We work with internal business stakeholders and content owners across Marketing & Solutions to deliver strategic, audience-focused content via Integrated Demand Programs,, events, and other touchpoints.

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
