What you'll do

• Assist the team in all aspects of research including planning, execution, and analyzis of qualitatives and quantitative studies, such as interviews, media analysis, and surveys
• Collaborate with other team members to understand the requirements and objectives of the research. 
• Apply foresight approach to identify future trends and create scenarios. 
• Analyze and interpret data using various research methods and translating findings into actionable recommendations for the other teams. 
• Support by preparing and presenting research reports to internal teams and key stakeholders. 

What you bring

• Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
• Preferred fields of study:  Corporate Foresight, UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field  
• Computer skills: MS office, video/audio editing skills are a plus, as is experience in online collaboration tools like Mural, Miro, etc. 
• Language skills:  Strong communication and language skills, both written and verbal in English and German.
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to summarize and interpret research findings.  
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to overcome challenges.  
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.  
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.  
• Understanding of research methods and their application in user experience research is welcome.

We are an interdisciplinary team dedicated to working on Artificial Intelligence topics. Our mission is to find, evaluate, and develop AI uses cases to enhance the capabilities of SAP’s Business Technology Platform. We anticipate trends and create scenarios for potential AI technologies. Our team fosters an open and participatory culture, encouraging collaboration among all team members. Everyone is invited to contribute their unique experiences and ideas to enhance the overall team performance.

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
