What you'll do:
- Support strategic initiatives in the People & Culture (P&C) area to ensure long-term success.
- Contribute to Business Operations processes, particularly in analyzing and optimizing processes and systems to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Conduct research, perform data analyses, and prepare presentations and SharePoint materials to support decision-making.
- Assist with various tasks and projects and take ownership of smaller projects and independent tasks.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders in a dynamic and international team environment.
- Plan, coordinate, and organize cross-team as well as strategically important meetings and appointments.
What you bring:
- Enrollment as a student (f/m/d) at a university or university of applied sciences, preferably in fields such as business administration, psychology, human resources management, or a related area.
- Good understanding of MS Office, especially Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both German and English.
- Basic experience in improving business and process performance, as well as in project and change management, is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills and a structured proactive approach to managing multiple priorities effectively.
- The ability to see opportunities for improvement rather than obstacles, and a willingness to think outside the box.
- A basic understanding of HR-related organizations is a plus.
- You can start as soon as possible and are available for at least six months (15-20 hours per week during lecture periods and up to 40 hours per week during semester breaks).

Within People & Culture business Operations we are acting as key contributors and partners to the business function of People & Culture, supporting them to be successful and deliver on targets while ensuring successful business performance.
