 The Strategic Infrastructure Projects team’s mission is to support SAP departments on all levels in planning and executing local physical or virtual events in the Headquarter locations Walldorf and St.Leon-Rot. The team’s goal is to strategically support a standard of high-quality employee events, such as quarterly all-hands meetings, annual kick-off meetings or summits, and any other department meetings. The Strategic Infrastructure Projects team is responsible to uphold the German states’ venue regulations, by implementing technical and physical safety measures at all events in SAP’s spaces of general assembly.



  • Planning and organization of internal events, meetings with external and internal stakeholders
  • Planning and execution of assigned special tasks and/or project work & support, e.g.: SAP 50 Year Headquarter Celebration in Walldorf in July 2022
  • Plan, coordinate and support all relevant processes of the Strategic Infrastructure Projects Team


Opportunity to take part in major events, such as the SAP 50 Years Headquarter Celebration in Walldorf, SAP Global-All-Hands Meetings, Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and work closely with the SIP team. In addition, he/she can further develop his/her organizational skills and his/her ability to coordinate various internal and external players and stakeholders.



  • Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
  • Preferred fields of study:  Studies in business administration, information science, event management or similar subject area
  • Computer skills: MS Office
  • Language skills: fluent in German and English
  • Soft skills: team player, good organization skills and a high level of professionalism and flexibility, ability to work under pressure
  • Others:  Understanding of the internal SAP processes and culture is a plus


Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
