What you'll do
We are excited to announce a Working Student/Intern opportunity to join our Experience Content & Labs team within Solution & Innovation Experience (SIX) to assist in creating dynamic, customized experiences for our customers when they visit the SAP Experience Centres. This opportunity would provide you to grow connections throughout SIX and explore cross-collaboration opportunities across the extended team.
The ideal candidate has an interest in getting engaged with cross functional & technical team & basic understanding of SAP solutions and technology. The role will entail tasks related to the daily operations of the Experience Centres that includes creation & maintaining of customer facing & enablement content. The candidate will work closely with our Experience Services showcase team to create use case descriptions, storylines, and enablement material. Candidates should be open to actively engage with customers and other third parties.
Key responsibilities include:
- Bill of Materials maintenance for Usecases & Showcases across SIX Experience Content & Labs portfolios. (Marchitecture’s, Storylines, Usecase Flow, Personas….)
- Identify potential improvements across the SIX Experience Content & Labs tools portfolio
- Support Functional & technical team with technical setup
- Contribute to transformation projects across all Experience Centres
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture
The assignment will give the candidate a holistic understanding of how our network of global Experience Centres supports our mission to let customers experience SAP’s value with best-in-class experiences on real systems by practicing the art of the possible. Candidates will learn to create showcase and use case storylines that resonate and will have the chance to practice and experience customer interactions hands-on.

What you bring
- Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
- Preferred fields of study: Business, Economics, Communications, Marketing, Design
- Computer skills: Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Excel, Sharepoint, Planner, Project)
- Language skills: Very good verbal and written communication skills in German and English
- Soft skills: Expert in organizing, dedication to deliver high-quality results, open for learning, team player
- Nice-to-have qualifications: Project Management, experience in communications, text writing, content creation, social media and administrative tasks. Work Experience in a creative and/or administrative field

The SAP Experience Centres & Events are innovation spaces spread across the globe giving all-access to SAP’s solution portfolio. At our Experience Centres, customers and partners experience interactive showcases, real-life use cases as well as ready-to-use demos first-hand. The Experience Content & Labs team is responsible for the daily operations, strategy, and transformation of the Experience Centres & content for global Tier 1 events. We are looking for candidates who will actively support the preparation and execution of various Technical tooling, data foundation and development of apps on our Platform solutions.
