What You’ll Build

 

The SAP Internship Experience Program is SAP’s global, strategic, paid internship program that provides university students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers. This is more than an internship; it’s the foundation for a career built on connection, creativity, and impact.

 

Position title: Working Student/Intern (f/m/d) – Content Management Assistant

 

Location: Walldorf, Germany

 

Internship duration: 6 months

 

Project scope and deliverables:

 

  • Administer and maintain content within the content management system (CMS) 
  • Coordinate content review processes and facilitate stakeholder collaboration 
  • Create visually appealing presentations and branded marketing materials 
  • Support development of sustainable digital content strategy for internal and external channels 
  • Expected outcomes: Enhanced digital presence, streamlined content workflows, and improved team productivity

 

Business impact:

 

  • Directly supports customer-facing content that enhances SAP Experience Centers' visibility 
  • Improves content quality and consistency through systematic review processes 
  • Accelerates content production timelines by coordinating stakeholder inputs 
  • Strengthens brand presence through professional visual storytelling and design

  • Close collaboration with team leads and various stakeholders across Experience Centers 
  • Cross-functional teamwork to translate complex topics into engaging narratives

What You’ll Bring

 

We’re looking for someone who takes the initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

 

Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences

 

  • Bachelor or Master student in Business Informatics (preferred), Computer Science, Business Management, Business Administration, or International Management.

 

Core competencies:

 

  • Highly organized, resilient, and a strong team player
  • Experience (academic or practical) in managing projects or workstreams from start to finish
  • High level of personal responsibility, reliability, and attention to detail.

 

Interest & Mindset:

 

  • Interest in software, applications, business processes, data management 
  • Self-motivated to bring structure and organization to dynamic, fast-paced environments

 

Technical Skills:

 

  • Essential: MS Power Point (executive-ready presentations & conceptual decks) and MS Excel (tracking, reporting, basic data analysis) 
  • Basic understanding of Content Management System Usage 
  • Nice to have: Experience with collaboration tools (Mural, MS Teams, SharePoint), basic understanding of project management tools or methodologies, familiarity with SAP solutions or enterprise software environments

 

Language & Location:

 

  • Business English mandatory and German as a big plus
