What you´ll build
- Assist in learning content development: Support content creators in the development and design of high-quality e-learnings, live sessions and supporting materials
- Help coordinate virtual events: Assist in the planning, organization, and execution of virtual events, including handling administrative and logistical/scheduling tasks
- Facilitate large-scale email communications: Craft and distribute polished, informative emails/communications to large audiences, with a keen eye for detail and skill in creating compelling content that resonates with Gen Z readers
- Assist with backend operations: Provide support in managing backend operations for learning platforms (SML/Articulate), design and preparing presentations, facilitating and presenting at large calls, reporting. Your specific skillset, strengths and interests will be taken into consideration for the task you will support
- Collaborate and assist team members: Work closely with trainers, facilitators, and team members to support their efforts across the various tasks already mentioned, contributing to a collaborative and efficient work environment within a multicultural team across different locations
What you bring
- Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
- Preferred fields of study: business administration, educational sciences, psychology fields, social sciences or comparable
- Computer skills: Confident use of MS Office applications, especially good PowerPoint & Excel skills; nice to have: picture/video editing skills
- Language skills: strong English skills written and spoken, German is a plus
- Soft skills: team player, very strong communication skills, high commitment and accountability, proactive & independent work ethic
- Other important skills/experience: work experience in corporate HR (or Learning) is appreciated
- Working from office is required (Walldorf)

Where you belong
The Global Early Talent Experience (getX) team is part of People, Growth & Leadership Excellence within the People & Culture Board Area. Our mission as Global Early Talent Experience Team is to improve the initial two-year work experience of our early talent with an easy-to-navigate learning experience that equips them with supporting resources and networking opportunities in a timely manner to allow them to progress their career at SAP.
We are looking for a working student to support us in a variety of tasks, you will not have the same day every day! You should be highly proactive as you will be supporting the different team members on a variety of areas as we are currently migrating learning platforms, enhancing content and designing and scheduling live sessions. We are also making exciting enhancements to the experience and would like to take your ideas and suggestions onboard.
Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
