What you'll do
You love to work in a dynamic, open-minded, and diverse team? You are looking for a chance to deepen your expertise in communications and change management within Controlling? Then our Business Area Controlling team (BAC) can be the right place for you to grow and sparkle!
As part of the BAC core team, you will
- Work at the core of a major Global Finance function
- Engage the team of 390+ with lean communications that are easy to understand and fun to consume – even on complex topics
- Organize people-related events like All-Employee Meetings, communication projects, and further social activities for 390+ employees
- Be co-responsible for the quarterly BAC Newsletter, and for keeping our BAC SharePoint page relevant and helpful. Support the BAC Leadership Team in driving controlling projects and change management activities for the BAC unit
What you bring
- You will be a great fit for us if you can answer most of the following questions with a "yes":
- You have an affinity for change management and communication and are interested in Finance and Controlling topics,
- You are self-managed, reliable and show a professional way of working,
- You are a team player and like working with diverse people, you consider feedback a gift,
- You are strong in strategic, conceptual and creative thinking,
- First experience in Finance/Controlling environment and change management or communications (for example as part of your studies) is a plus,
- You are skilled in design, and ideally know how to use design programs (basics are sufficient)
- You are in the second half of your studies,
- You speak English fluently; German is a plus.
