What you'll do
As a working student in the P&C Business Partner team for the Board Areas oCEO and S&O your main tasks will be to:
• actively support the HR Business Partners in their daily work, pursuing operational and strategic tasks and the execution of core HR processes
• pull and analyze HR reports to identify HR needs and activities within the Board Areas oCEO and S&O
• be actively involved in project work
• assist in the preparation and facilitation of workshops (e.g., workshops to improve employee engagement in a team)
• research on various strategic HR topics (e.g., organizational set-up of an organization, change management, digital transformation of HR, etc.)
What you bring
- Student (f/m) at a university or a university of applied sciences
- Preferred fields of study: HR, business administration, psychology or related
- Computer skills: Microsoft Power Point, Excel, Word
- Language skills:Excellent written and spoken business communication skills in English and German
- Soft skills: Excellent planning and self-organizing skills, ability to pick up information fast, work independently and solution oriented, strong analytical skills, detail orientation

The HR Business Partner Organization is playing a key role in providing services and operational support as well as strategic consulting on all matters related to employees, managers and the organization. An important element to HR’s success is to build skills and knowledge and leverage best practices across the organization. The HR Business Partners for the Board Areas oCEO and S&O consults executive leaders in their role, supporting them with strategic decision-making and the execution of HR processes.
Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
