What you'll do

 

  • Work in the office team of the Chief Procurement Officer and support with various administrative tasks (travel planning, cost reimbursement, event planning)
  • Represent the GPO (Global Procurement Organization) Office towards the organization and support the team with various tasks (e.g. manage the GPO Inbox)
  • On- and offboarding of GPO colleagues
  • Project support for various procurement projects
  • Data quality verification and reporting

 

What you bring

 

  • Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
  • Preferred fields of study: Business or IT or a combination of both
  • Computer skills: data analysis within SAP environment, experience with SAP systems and tooling, MS Office
  • Language skills: fluent in German and English, additional languages a plus
  • Soft skills: digital native, connectional IQ, curiosity, self organized, reliable
  • Others: ideally prior SAP work experience

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
