Working student (f/m/d) - P&C Global Data Management

What you'll build

Your job will be basically split into onsite and virtual tasks. The first one requires physical handling of HR hard copy documents, and the second one includes timely and accurate maintenance of German employee´s data in the SAP HR systems which is key for other company processes. 

Below, please see some examples of the daily tasks:

• Contractual variations (employment contracts and other employment documents)
• Personal data changes 
• Termination administration
• One-off payments
• Country specific processes
• Update all documents necessary for the processing of personnel administration for above processes based on required changes
• Ensure information flow with all departments and functions in SAP, which are involved in organization data processing
• Provide accurate and friendly advice and service to all customers, such as colleagues, employees and managers
• Work with other team members sharing knowledge on topics that require learning
• Understand scope of services and Service Level Agreements for customers
• Concrete list of tasks is agreed individually during onboarding

What you bring 

• No previous experience is required for this position
• Computer skills: knowledge of MS Office is a benefit
• Language skills: fluent in English and German
• Soft skills: Team player, open to new challenges, willing to learn new things
• Working from Walldorf office is required min. 2 times a week

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
