What you'll do

As a working Student in SAP Functional Learning – Year One Success Onboarding you will be responsible for building learning paths for new hires in Customer Success and the support and execution of learning events in the learning journey.  You will contribute to the project management and logistics for adoption and measure progression, participants feedback and impact.
 

In this role, you will:

• Support new hires in the digital curriculum’s platform.
• Validate assignment of onboarding programs
• Monitor onboarding programs scheduling, quality, feedback from participants and completions.

What you bring

• At least 1 year of experience in adult learning environment 
• Experience of modern digital learning elements, tools and platforms.
• Understanding internal tools for enablement programs roll out.
• Proven ability of working to targets in a Customer Success enablement environment.
• Understanding of business challenges facing in a learning and development organization
• Solver, proactive and innovator mindset
• Bachelor and/or master’s degree in business administration, Management, Sales, Marketing or Finance
• Fluency in English
• Fluency in German is a plus

SAP Field Enablement  learning teams support and contribute to transform the CS organization and partners’ ability to maximize customer lifetime value through broadly adopting world class solution, operating practices and skills learning and personalized skill based training.

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
