What you'll do

 

  • Support the project manager with different organizational and reporting tasks
  • Alignment with internal stakeholders to coordinate project implementation
  • Work with internal systems to obtain the required information in form of a report
  • Prepare the report to create a target list with different termination letter send-out waves
  • Prepare and conduct an enablement session for the operational process 
  • Keep track of the project progress and perform regular quality checks
  • Provide regular updates on the project status

 

What you bring

 

  • Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied science
  • Preferred fields of study: Economics or Computer Science
  • Language skills: Fluency in German and English - both written and spoken
  • Experience working within operations related fields is an advantage
  • Computer skills: Excellent skills on MS Office products, SAP Software (CRM, ERP, …) skills is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and self-organized
  • Ability to communicate comfortably and effectively within an international environment
  • Self-starter with demonstrated ability to take own initiative
  • Very good analytical and organizational skills
  • Results-oriented
  • High customer orientation and focus

 

Meet your team


As a part of the Solution & Innovation Experience,  the Non-commercial Licenses team holds the responsibility for the end-to-end process for all non-commercial license models for all end users. 
The team drives cross board transformation projects to improve the trial, test, demo and development experience for customers, partners, universities and individual users.


In your role you will support different projects that will be set-up and rolled out this year. Your focus is going to be in the definition and documentation of processes as well as on the training and handover to internal teams. You will also be part of different quality management initiatives and support various analysis and reports on a regular or ad-hoc basis. 

 

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
