What you'll do

We are looking for a smart, quality conscious student in the field of communications, technical writing, languages, or informatics to support us in the daily work of designing, editing and delivering documentation and multimedia deliverables for different topics.

• Get an introduction to the DITA methodology and learn how to use our content management system.
• Gain experience in writing and editing guides and other deliverables that describe our software products.
• Create content of different types: videos, graphics, blogposts, social media posts.
• Participate in the latest trends in UA, such as AI and machine learning

What you bring

• Student (f/m/d) at a university in the fields of  technical Writing, Media, or Communication
• Excellent written and spoken skills in English and German
• Experience in technical writing, communication, linguistics, or a related field
• Interest in expanding knowledge in video creation, blog authoring, newsletter management, community management, graphic design, and multimedia production
• Distinctive analytical skills and the ambition to familiarize with our software products
• Computer skills: XML, MS Office, Wikis, Graphic or Multimedia tools

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
