What you'll do
As a working student, your tasks will include:

• Assisting with the analysis of SSP (Stand-alone Selling Price) under IFRS guidelines.
• Supporting documentation, research, and training initiatives related to revenue recognition for new business models.
• Support in updating our Accounting Guideline

What you bring

• Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
• Preferred fields of study: Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
• Computer skills: Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, Interest in IT and coding skills or experience with Microsoft Power Automate is preferred.
• Language skills: fluent in English, German as a plus
• Soft skills: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Meet your team
This working student position is part of the Global Accounting, Reporting & Tax team at SAP, situated under the CFO's direct guidance. One responsibility of the department is the completeness and correctness of SAP’s IFRS accounting and for SAP’s external financial reporting under German and U.S. law.
 
The Global Accounting, Reporting & Tax is structured in different teams:
•    Corporate Revenue Recognition
•    External Reporting and Accounting Technology (ERAT)
•    IFRS Police and Center of Expertise
•    Local Accounting and Reporting
•    Corporate Tax

The position is assigned to the Corporate Revenue Recognition Team.

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
