PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
The Intelligent Enterprise Group (IEG) is a new Board Area at SAP, with the aim to bring the SAP vision to life. We help to accelerate SAP’s digital transformation and to live the Run Simple principle.
The Action Learning team is being built up as an internal learning organization for the IEG Board Area.
The target audience includes all IEG departments and beyond. The Action Learning team supports IEG employees in developing and managing their skills and their career development through effective and efficient learning formats.
The portfolio includes, for example, on-site learning programs, workshops, virtual sessions, e-learnings and learning events as well as technical support for creating a learning infrastructure.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
Supporting the IEG Action Learning team, you will get insights into our global learning organization as well as into the people development agenda of our board area.  
You will contribute to key activities and projects such as:

  • Support the operation of the program (e.g. expert sessions, training offerings, leadership dialogues)
  • Act as contact person for all stakeholders
  • Help organizing the closing event in Q4/2019
  • Collect and analyze feedback that can be used for a new cycle in 2020

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • You are a currently enrolled student at a university or a university of applied sciences
  • Studying preferably in the fields: Business Administration, Marketing, Communications with focus on people, learning or organizational development       
  • Having the following computer skills:  Good knowledge in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word; Graphical skills and video editing skills are a plus 
  • Speaking German and English fluently  
  • Besides that, you bring good communication and presentation skills, demonstrate can-do and innovative attitude, demonstrate strong inter-personal skills and are a team-player
