The Digital Business Services (DBS) organization, led by Michael Kleinemeier, helps customers to solve and reduce complexity by integrating SAP’s innovations faster and simpler. As a trusted partner, we provide high value support and services to help customers transform their business and simplify the end to end solution landscape. By driving the adoption and transformation to the SAP cloud powered by HANA we enable our customers and ourselves to innovate the business. We ensure delivery of high quality products and solutions that exceed customer expectations.
The GlobalCoE develops the necessary delivery methodologies to support our MaxAttention, Active Embedded and Enterprise Support customers. At the moment several service innovations are in development to introduce S/4 HANA and SAP Leonardo successful into the market.

 

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
Within the offered position you will support the GlobalCoE PE + Core Team in the design and development of the needed communication and roll out material. Therefore, you will work closely together with CoE teams in different regions and the Global Communication team of DBS. You will be involved in the development of strategic presentations, in the design and creation of service descriptions, in planning, set up and execution of internal and external roll out campaigns. Clear expectation is, that you bring in your own ideas and creativity to help the evolve the brand of DBS service offerings and the value created by GlobalCoE.

 

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Student at university or university of applied sciences
  • Preferred field(s) of study: Communications, Media Management, Marketing, Graphic Design or related fields
  • Excellent familiarity with standard desktop applications, especially with: Excel, PowerPoint, MS Word, Outlook, Internet tools, etc.
  • Graphic design skills
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and SAP internal systems preferred
  • Excellent writing skills, great editorial eye
  • Fluent in English and German (both written and spoken)


SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Creativity, motivation and enthusiasm for all tasks around media and communications
  • Capability to simplify complex topics
  • Teamwork and willingness to learn
  • Talent for media design, in particular for preparation of presentations and concepts
