As part of the board area Cloud Business Group, the line of business SAP Customer Experience (SAP CX) is re-imaging Customer Experience to emphasize its great portfolio of cloud products. We have three main strategic goals that we are thriving towards:

  • Be #1 or #2 in each domain by providing best-in-class capabilities for Marketing, Commerce, Sales, Services and Customer Data
  • Deliver one unified suite of cloud solutions to manage the customer experience based on one trusted customer data model 
  • Integrate Front Office (C4) to Digital Core (S4)

In the team of the SAP CX Service Cloud Chief Operating Officer (COO) we support in the fields of e.g. strategy development and execution, portfolio management and execution monitoring and are driving cross topics of strategic relevance.

The Field Service Management Solution was acquired in 2018 from Coresystems FSM AG. It is an end-to-end solution for customer service management incl. a strong focus on mobile applications for both the field technicians as well as the customer asking for services. It’s a pure cloud solution.

You will support the engineering and delivery team in Windisch (Switzerland), particularly in the context of tenant provisioning and migration of the Field Service Management Solution. Hence, an interest in technical and operational topics would be advantageous.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

You are a well-structured student, curious and passionate about working on strategic, operational and technical challenges in a highly dynamic field? If the answer is yes, we have the right job for you! Supporting our Field Service Management engineering team, you will have the opportunity to sneak into the fields mentioned above.

Your job would entail supporting in one or more of the following tasks:

  • provisioning process of tenants and infrastructure for our customers
  • strategic initiatives and management of the unit’s project portfolio and customer engagements
  • operational excellence and reporting responsibilities
  • alignment and collaboration within the unit and with other development locations

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Student of a university or a university of applied sciences with preferred field(s) of study: Business Informatics, Business Engineering, Business Administration or related fields
  • Preferred skills: Analytical, communication, presentation and networking skills as well as in project management and organization
  • Soft skills:  Team-oriented working style while driving topics independently, open-minded with intercultural sensitivity
  • Language skills: Fluent in English and advanced/ fluent in German
