PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

The Office of the COO serves Digital Business Services to help to protect and grow our customer base for our future journey by driving customer value, expanding Support Revenue and by enabling Software and Cloud Sales. Serve Digital Business Services to help protect and grow our installed base.

 

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

The working student (f/m) will be responsible for the following activities:

  • Preparation and wrap-up of meetings
  • Preparation of presentations
  • Internal communications
  • Organizing of internal meetings
  • Support for the DBS COO
  • Data analysis and calculations in coordination with key stakeholders from Controlling and HR

 

In this job you get the possibility to work in a multi-language team, gain experience in special cross-functional and strategic projects, and get the possibility to take responsibility, work independently but with the help and collaboration of highly experienced team members.

 

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Student (f/m) at a university or a university of applied sciences with preferred fields of study: Business Informatics, Business Administration, HR, Controlling or Natural Sciences
  • Computer skills: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (in particular Excel)
  • Language skills: Strong written and verbal skills in English and German - both written and spoken
  • Soft skills: Highly motivated, team player, result driven, proactive, with good communication skills and the ability to work independently

 

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please describe as well your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
