What you'll do

As a Quality Assurance Expert, you will be working in your core co-located DevOps team, you will need to:

• Work with the product team and other stakeholders to plan, develop and execute test strategies for complex features across the product

• Own deployment decisions, assess release candidate versions and perform production deployments

• Develop and maintain standards for reliability and performance to monitor product state of the production environments e.g. alerts and notifications

• Analyse and investigate reported product complaints and quality issues e.g. critical bugs or outages and perform relevant technical assessments with focus on continuous improvement

• Maintain CI/CD of the product

• Develop functional, acceptance and performance tests integrated with the automated test suite

• Create and maintain test documentation

• Own test automation framework by leveraging best practices and continuously improve available automation frameworks to reduce automation maintenance

• Drive and evolve quality standards and processes in responsible area e.g. DoD (Ensure functionalities meet acceptance criteria's) to ensure features are deployed in a high quality

• Partner with engineering and infrastructure teams to leverage automation for scalable solutions and monitor the effectiveness of testing to prevent regressions and ensure reliability of the product

• Work on building a quality driven engineering culture e.g. by provide training and guidance to QA and Dev Team on relevant procedures and processes

What you bring

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent education background

• 10+ years of quality assurance and test engineering experience

• Excellent at analysing problems, collecting data, establishes facts, draws valid conclusions, and provides solutions

• Identifies, communicates, and escalates issues as required

• A team player and self-starter who will work side by side with the development team

• Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks and quickly adjust in a rapidly changing environment

• Knowledge of industry standard test automation tools & automation frameworks.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
