What you`ll do :

The E2E Business Test Manager is responsible for executing comprehensive end-to-end testing of a toolchain within an automation platform for the Private Cloud. This role involves ensuring that the entire system works smoothly, validating business processes, conducting scenario testing, performing both automated and manual tests, and ensuring seamless integration with various SAP systems. Additionally, the role encompasses performance and load testing, user acceptance testing, and extensive reporting and analysis of test results.

• Verify the ATLAS toolchain's functionality across all touchpoints related to Presales, Fulfillment and Delivery, Finance, and user interactions within customer-facing applications.
• Validate the behavior of the ATLAS toolchain through real-world scenarios to ensure it performs correctly under various situations.
• Test software applications for functionality, performance, usability, and security to ensure they meet the required standards and expectations.
• Develop automated test scripts and frameworks to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of testing processes.
• Conduct manual tests where automation is not feasible, such as exploratory testing or usability testing.
• Evaluate how different ATLAS modules or applications interact with each other and with respective SAP systems like CPQ, SPC, or ServiceNow to ensure seamless data flow and workflow. Additionally, overseeing the integration testing in collaboration with the pillars-based tasting and dedicated smaller applications that are part of the end-to-end process;
• Ensure the ATLAS system maintains performance under varying loads, especially when all integrated components are working together.
• Incorporate user feedback to validate that ATLAS meets business requirements and satisfies user expectations.
• Generate detailed test reports and analyze test results to identify areas for improvement and provide stakeholders with insights into the system's readiness for deployment.
• Document test cases, test plans, and test results meticulously to maintain a clear record of the testing process, enabling progress tracking, defect identification, and consistency.

What you bring :

1. Education:
   • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Experience:
   • Proven experience in software testing and E2E testing, preferably with experience in SAP-integrated systems.
   • Proficiency in manual testing and at least 2+ years of experience in test automation.
3. Technical Skills:
   • Strong knowledge of testing tools and automation frameworks
   • Experience with performance and load-testing tools
   • Familiarity with development environments and software development lifecycles (Agile, Scrum, SAFe).
   • Proficient in scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript).
4. Soft Skills:
   • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
   • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
   • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
5. Certifications (Desirable but not mandatory):
   • ISTQB Certification or any other relevant testing certifications.
6. Other:
   • Knowledge of SAP systems like CPQ, SPC, or ServiceNow.
   • Familiarity with DevOps practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
