Role Description

Are you passionate about business requirement engineering and innovation in an evolving software environment? We are seeking a highly skilled Business Architects to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead the business requirement intake for strategic topics that align with the company's overall business objectives.

As a Business Architect, you will work closely with business owners, process managers, and subject matter experts to facilitate business requirement intake, plan and bring transparency into our portfolio.    

 

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Business Requirement Intake - work closely with the business stakeholders in area like GTM OPS, to understand their business needs and objectives and to translate their requirements for the delivery team
  • Value Analysis – Review the business outcome, the value hypotheses and the business process impact and identify the high-level business drivers for the business requirements.
  • Portfolio planning – Manage the strategic portfolio and prioritize delivery. Execute and implement portfolio framework across all cross-functional teams.
  • Portfolio Transparency – Track deliverables and create Roadmaps for strategic topics

 

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Strategic mindset with a background in Design Thinking and project management
  • Leadership skills to influence and guide cross-functional teams without formal authority.
  • Strong stakeholder management abilities to navigate through complex organizations
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with methodological background in areas of Operations
  • Jira experience is a plus
  • Collaborative nature to work with various departments ensuring process alignment with strategic business goals.

EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE

  • University degree or a comparable degree
  • 10+ years of working experience with a proven track record in project management or related area in operations
  • Fluent in English.
