Team Overview

The role of the Global Demand Center is to develop end-to-end marketing programs that deliver demand to the business.  The Global Demand Center teams collaborate with the Industry CMSO teams to identify demand objectives, the Field Marketing teams to validate the demand routes and tactics, and business management teams to determine financial resources to create programs that deliver on the business’s demand needs.

 

The Role

Integrated Demand Team: Industry Program Lead

Key responsibilities:

  • Owns the buyer’s journey (online & offline activities) and program strategy for unique Industry persona-based demand efforts per CMSO ​
  • Orchestrates the efforts of the Industry program planner, content lead, nurture lead, Industry CMSO contributors, and broader virtual team to ensure demand objectives are met​
  • Primary program-level contact with Industry CMSO team to manage timeline, cadence, budget ​​
  • Partners with Demand Center Regional Hub Program Leads to ensure optimization actions across regions & channels​

 

Key tasks and deliverables:

  • Strategizes with Industry CMSO, channel functional experts, and key stakeholders to build Integrated Demand Plan to meet strategy, objectives, and customer journey goals
  • Keeps all key stakeholders informed through a cadence of program calls and communications
  • Define bill-of-materials by industry audience that spans across entire buyer’s journey with clear content owners and deadlines
  • Supports Integrated Demand Team General Manager on Monthly Business Review process with coordination of speakers/slides
  • Interface with Business Marketing Operations (BMO) on performance reporting & to track results against plan, and further optimize ongoing programs to meet/exceed goals
  • Delivers program targets, plans, materials to Regional Hubs for localization and deployment

 

Experience & Key skills

  • Minimum 8-10 years of B2B or B2C digital, high-tech marketing experience
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills
  • Ability to think and work strategically
  • Experience successfully leading cross-functional teams
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and respond to challenging situations
  • Comfortable preparing for and presenting to executives
  • Must be proficient in marketing automation tools and their application for demand generation programs.
  • Strong collaboration skills
  • Must be proficient in marketing promotion strategies and have developed marketing promotion plans and executed demand generation programs
  • Must be able to understand, critique and give feedback on content design and delivery methods
  • Must have working familiarity with multiple digital demand channels and their applicability within a demand generating promotion plan
  • Experience with building and executing industry specific marketing programs preferred

 Education and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
