What you’ll do
As a Territory Ecosystem Manager (TEM), you’ll own the quota for your territory and drive pipeline and revenue—including post-sales success—through partners. You’ll manage the sales cycle with multiple resellers in a Partner-Driven engagement model, coordinating activities to ensure successful closing of opportunities. Your work will directly impact SAP’s growth by enabling partners to deliver exceptional customer success.
Key outcomes you’ll deliver:
- Achieve annual revenue goals for your territory by managing partner sales teams as if they were SAP resources.
- Drive bookings and revenue through partners, leveraging digital hub services and innovative demand generation strategies.
- Coach partners to build pipeline, forecast accurately, and execute recovery plans when needed.
- Enable partners to utilize SAP resources, tools, and methodologies for independent business growth.
- Monitor competitor activity and implement strategies to maintain account ownership and mitigate competitive threats.
What you bring
- Expertise in cloud solutions, especially SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.
- Proven ability to manage multi-channel go-to-market models and solution selling through partners.
- Strong business planning, forecasting, and negotiation skills.
- Industry knowledge and experience in SME/volume territory business.
- Ability to create and deliver strategic plans that drive measurable outcomes.
- Professional fluency in English and local language, plus deep understanding of the local market.
- Collaborative mindset and influencing skills to coach partner teams effectively.
