What you'll do
Apart from the fact that SAP is a great employer for students (f/m/d), at SAP SuccessFactors you will join a team of very motivated people with diverse background. Low hierarchies and direct project responsibilities enable you to develop your own ideas and bring them to life. You will learn new methodologies and how to work with innovative demand generation tools.
What you bring
Currently a student (f/m/d) of a university or university of applied sciences (FH) with focus on Social Media and Web Design, Computer Science and Communication, Business Administration, Business Informatics, Psychology, Media Design, or related subjects
- Languages: Being fluent in English is a must, German and/or French is a plus
- First experiences with SAP internal systems is a plus
- Skills and Competencies:
- Technical understanding and affinity, a talent for IT-solutions
- Analytical skills and the ability to grasp and work with complex concepts
- Basic Knowledge of software sales and CRM and HCM based processes is a plus
- Preparation of conceptual presentations
- Willingness to give presentations in front of costumers is a plus
- Experience with MS Office products such as Outlook, Excel, Word, SharePoint and PowerPoint
- Good communication and networking skills as well as ability to work in a team
- Willingness to learn and collaborate
- Creativity, motivation as well as ability to work in a structured and independent manner
- Responsibility and ability to drive topics open-mindedly and focused on the end-result

SAP SuccessFactors is the global provider of cloud-based human capital management (HCM) software. Our human capital management application suite integrates onboarding, social business and collaboration tools, a learning management system (LMS), performance management, recruiting software, applicant tracking software, succession planning, talent management, and HR analytics to deliver business strategy alignment, team execution, and maximum people performance to organizations of all sizes across more than 60 industries.
SAP’s HCM Customer Advisory organization oversees all of SAP’s Success Factors business for the MEE Region.
To strengthen and support our presales force, we are looking for a motivated student to support our presales organization in the area of supporting activities along the sales cycle from creating/maintaining content, demo systems, facilitating demos etc.
Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
