Summary:

We’re looking for a UX designer to join our international UX team where we are working in a hybrid model. You will be working with the team in our low code/no code area in SAP Business Technology Platform, where we are addressing a great design challenge! How do we allow non-developers to build apps, business pages and automate business processes without a single line of code! We are responsible for increasing customer adoption by perfecting the user experience for our customers and end-users. The goal: Create a place where customer want to keep coming back.

The Role: 

• Very good knowledge of the user centric design process
• Plan and conduct valid usability testing and gathering feedback
• Developing high quality wireframes and prototypes around customer needs
• Communicating design ideas and prototypes to developers and product managers
• Accompanying development during implementation to ensure target design is met.
• Aligning with product management and development on requirements, scope and timelines.
• Contributing to a close collaboration between all stakeholders, based on mutual respect and integrity

What you'll bring:

• You have 2+ years of UX design experience (enterprise UX is a plus)
• Want to work with passionate, curious people on a team that values bold ideas and attention to detail
• Experience with working with design systems (contributing to them is a plus)
• Want to work on hard, complex business problems
• You are a great communicator and have very good presentation skills
• You are a UX evangelist and are able to push back when necessary
• You have a holistic product first mindset and understand that UX design only part of what makes a product successful
